Procurement manages the largest cost in enterprises. With tools from the past, trying to find savings in scattered data systems. Increasing cost pressure puts CPOs on the spot to change this.

Our integrated AI agents autonomously run negotiations, ensure contracted savings actually reach the bottom line, and add intelligence to boring, manual tasks.

We don’t shy away from tapping into complex data and add intelligence that changes the economics of procurement, moving far beyond simple agentic workflows.

We are funded by top tier VCs (10x and Plug and Play) and business angels, and our founders have strategy consulting and high growth startup experience.

The role

• In the customer success team you will sit between Sales and Tech. There will be two main responsibilities:
  1. You onboard customers and show them how our product works and gather feedback from customers you manage
  2. You will own the development of a new product module that is created with a co-development partner (customer)
• In both of these responsibilities:
  • You will gather customer feedback, and translate it into product requirements for the tech team
  • You will own the customer relationship, discuss integrations and development roadmaps and ensure successful business outcomes (full-time only)
  • You will own the result of an AI agent. If an agent doesn’t deliver actionable results for users it’s a product problem, not a tech problem.
  • When you are comfortable, you implement smaller changes and prompt optimizations directly in the code base to verify your hypotheses. You will be supported by the tech team while doing this.
